Tim Thanks Tim, but that is not the case. My sensor is mounter on the right side of the V6 Heavy duty mount. The last X value probed is 186 and then sensor is far from the right side. It could go much farther right without anything going out of bounds. TechnoBill mentioned changing the matrix locations. Is that possible? I would like to probe more of the bed if possible.
BTW, I am running U1.R2.2 version and if I repeat the Home XY, then Home Z, and then move Z down 5mm and set an offset by paper feel and save the offset, I can see the offset with M851 and it is there. Then I repeat Home Xy, Home Z and move Z down 5mm and I should get the same paper feel (correct?). That does not happen. Instead the Z offset is wrong. I have done this many times. I am now using the TH3D mat and PLA at 190/60C. I can print an excellent 20mm cube if I get the first layer correct. But every time I print one, the first layer Z is wrong and I have to try to baby step it fast enough to save the print. I have installed TH3D solid bed mounts (took some washers to set bed level, but I get good values from G29 now. I also replaced Z couplers with TH3D couplers. I am running out of ideas to get to making parts. So far, I am in the learning/fixing/learning cycles. Any guidance greatly appreciated.
