Build quality and full testing before they even get to our door. Every single board has everything tested on it before it even heads to us. There is a testing firmware flashed that lets the assembler test all the motors, mosfets, thermistors, and other parts to make sure there are no defects and then after that passes they flash a normal Ender 3 firmware on the board. There is a 15+ page testing procedure document that they follow when doing these boards for us.
Support from the actual company, you can see already we're very active in the forums here staying on top of issues with firmware and other things that come up. Take a look in the FB groups for the other 2 clones of the EZBoard. You'll see next to no replies from the people that sold the hardware, only randoms on the internet attempting to help them out. Even though we dub the EZBoard as "Community Support" myself and our other support people are on here helping out customers in addition to our normal support tickets on 1 on 1 products like the EZABL, EZPi, Ezout, etc.
I have reported these issues to Fystech through their AliExpress as well as their FB and so far there is no resolution on the LCD issue. They deleted the videos showing the 5V issue and MOSFET issue linked below and these are design flaws, not a defective board.
Issues with the Other Boards:
The Fystech one we have and it is back-feeding 5V into the PSU input terminal which is a big design flaw. The company even said "its normal" when we asked them about it. There are some other engineering oversights that are wrong with the Fystech board that will result in things breaking as they are used, not going to list all them as they can pay a competent engineer to actually design the board correctly like we did when working with Griffin. We do have the SKR Mini E3 on the way to see how they did as well. But think about this. We've been working on the EZBoard for about 9 months now, the other companies have less than 2 months into theirs.
