Did you rotate the LCD connector 180 degrees like it states to do in the firmware when you plug it in to EXP1?
Also just so you know that product does not have 1 on 1 support, only community. That is why you will not get a reply right away. That's why we have these forums, discord, and the FB groups. If we included the 1 on 1 support on every part we sold the prices would be much higher.
