Hi, I hope this isn't too simple of a question. I've tried looking around and am having trouble figuring this out, so I hope someone here can help. I bought a pancake motor to use on my Ender 3 in a direct drive setup with a BMG extruder. The stepper came with a wiring diagram and it has black, green, red and blue wires that correspond to A, A\, B and B\ on the stepper. I've checked the wiring on the existing stepper and can figure out which wires correspond to the two coils. I could hook A, A\ to one set and B, B\ to the other set but I don't know if I'll get the polarity correct. I'm also not sure which pair of wires is A and which are B on the Ender. I'm assuming that if I get A and B mixed up, the stepper will just run the wrong direction. I don't know if there is a polarity difference between, for example, A and A. It seems like there are a bunch of different ways to wire it and I don't want to mess it up and damage my stepper motor controller chip or board. If someone could give me some insight on how to do this, I would appreciate it.
