Hi, first post here so please be gentle. I have just bought the EZ lite board for my CR 10 mini. I have fitted it and flashed the firmware and everything works except the extruder, which is just making a noise and not going round. I emailed TH3D but because I didn’t take the support they can’t help me, (I didn’t realise I had to take it) anyway they have suggested it is the voltage to the extruder that needs adjusting on the control panel. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Apparently it is part of the setting up, I have no idea what I have to set and what to set it to. How do I know when I have the correct voltage, and if I have too much or not enough as obviously this must adjust the speed of extruder and the ESteps etc?
Sorry for this post, I was looking forward to this board as I use the TH3D firmware which is great and my printer works really well. I was just wanting the extra options and the better board and I unfortunately thought it was a drop in item.
Any help would be appreciated, I have already removed it from the printer, to check if it was the board and my printer is busy printing on the old board.
Video of of what’s happening I hope 🥴
Thanks sorry for the moan.
